Install bathroom accessories as necessary. Towel bar, toilet paper holder, towel ring, door hook, etc. Easy enough to install with screws and mini screws.
This subject brings back such fond memories of our first home where we had that ‘small bathroom challenge’. Loved IKEA store for reasonable, funky storage ‘thangs’, like your CD racks (so creative…) I perfectly agree that small can be beautiful and charming… I had selected the coolest black lab wallpaper (you really had to see it/ only worked in a very small area…) I also love green (plant/ life) in every bathroom and candles! Cool stuff, girlfriend!
If you do decide to replace or renovate an existing bathtub or bathtub surround, plan to budget accordingly. Depending on the style, size and material you choose, a bathtub itself can range from a few hundred dollars to many thousands of dollars. When purchasing a new bathtub unit, don’t forget the additional costs of hardware, fixtures and installation, which is a job best left to a professional because faulty installation can result in water damage and mold or mildew growth.

Brilliant page! Just added moving the furniture to my long list of things to do 🙂 Love your tips, and struggle with one of them. Here is New Zealand, walls are white. In fact, the fashion is mostly black or white. When we went to sell our house the agent told use we should re-paint all our feature walls (just a touch of color, nothing obscene) back to white. So now, the walls are all boring again, but the house value is up. Also, really loved your tip of taping the rug area. Blessed.
