Laminate wood floors are more popular than ever, they look good, they are fairly inexpensive and they are easy to maintain. If you have or are thinking about installing new flooring, you will want to find out how to clean them that will preserve them and keep them looking new!

Be sure your choice for tub and shower surroundings sheds water effectively and is easy to clean. Never use gypsum drywall (even the moisture-resistant variety) under tile in a shower or around the tub. I really like the first bathroom. Good job GmaGoldie and thank you for the information. I vacuum my laminate floors first, then use my Swiffer to dust mop for any residue. I also use vinegar and water. Whatever you do, products such as Mr. Clean, etc are not to be used on laminate floors because they can and do damage the finish.

Lots of masking going on here. Tape around the windows, plastic on the seats, paper on the floor, ceilings, openings and some on the windows for safety. Good stuff.
