This is a 10…in 1 to 10. Very interesting I have found that what looks good on the showroom floor doesn’t always look good in the home. It never seems to fit right or looks darker or lighter. Under that tile was cement board, under that was more tile (circa 1970’s-ish) under that was linoleum (circa 1940’s-ish) Under that was the original hardwood floors… then finally the subfloor, which had to come up too!
